Janice began working with Lawrence at IG as an Administrative Assistant in 2012. She brought to this position over 15 years of experience working at a chartered bank in many different customer service and administrative roles ranging from teller to assistant customer service manager.

Janice graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Human Ecology degree, majoring in Family Studies with a minor in Business Administration. She provides the team with detailed knowledge of all administrative procedures, while also focusing on communication and scheduling with clients.

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Janice enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Stephanie joined the team in 2021. She has 15+ years of administrative and customer service experience, having previously worked at a financial institution dealing directly with clients.

Stephanie assists with daily administration and provides technical support. Her meticulous care and organizational skills have been a huge asset with improving the efficiency of day-to-day operations. She enjoys baking, walking, and spending time with her two young children.
